TEKANIA and the German Jordanian University (GJU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh. The cooperation aims to promote practical experience, professional development, and career opportunities for GJU students and graduates. This also includes potential opportunities within TEKANIA’s network in Germany.
The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, President of the German Jordanian University, and Mohammad Al Zoubi, Founder of TEKANIA.
The cooperation focuses on internships, engineering career opportunities, talent development, and the exchange of technical knowledge. TEKANIA and GJU also intend to explore potential areas for joint research. Specific activities and projects will be agreed upon separately by both partners.
Practical Experience for Students
One focus of the cooperation is exploring training and internship opportunities for GJU students. These opportunities are intended to help students apply their academic and technical knowledge in professional working environments and gain practical experience.
The MoU also provides for different forms of professional exchange. These may include visits, exchanges between experts, and participation in courses, seminars, conferences, and workshops. The aim is to share knowledge and provide students with insights into real working environments.
The details of each internship will be defined in a separate agreement between the student and TEKANIA.
