BPMN 2.0 workflows with a vendor-neutral BPM engine
Inbox orchestrates processes through a standards-based BPM engine without tying the solution to a specific vendor. Each use case is modeled as a BPMN 2.0 workflow — invoice processing, loan applications, onboarding, or claims — so process changes are configuration, not custom code. One installation handles many use cases side by side.
Classify, extract, route — automatically
Each incoming document is classified by type, OCR-processed, and the relevant fields are extracted as structured data. High-confidence cases flow straight through; the rest go to a review queue.
Live queue dashboard with human-in-the-loop
An admin dashboard surfaces the live queue, confidence levels, and stage-by-stage status. A review workspace lets a human resolve edge cases, override classifications, and approve extractions before completion.
Customer upload portal
A separate, customer-safe upload portal accepts files from end customers without exposing internal queue, IDs, or extraction details — only per-file accept/reject feedback.
Clean export for downstream systems
Every completed document is exportable as structured JSON, ready to be picked up by your ERP, CRM, or case-management system through a stable API.
On-prem or cloud
Inbox runs on your infrastructure or in the EU cloud — no document leaves the perimeter you choose. Suitable for regulated industries with strict data-residency requirements.
Compliant, scalable, audit-ready
The BPM architecture is designed for regulated environments. Every workflow step, classification decision, and human override is logged with a full audit trail, and the engine scales horizontally for high-volume document throughput.
