Process incoming documents — automatically.

Inbox takes the documents arriving every day at your business — invoices, applications, scans, uploads — classifies them, extracts the relevant data, and routes each one to the right workflow. Configurable per use case, with a live queue dashboard and human-in-the-loop review when it matters.

The Problem

Document intake is still mostly manual

Even in digital businesses, incoming documents pile up in shared inboxes, scan folders, and upload portals. Someone has to identify what each document is, type fields into a system, route it to the right team, and chase exceptions. The work is repetitive, error-prone, and scales linearly with volume — a clear bottleneck for AP, lending, claims, onboarding, and back-office operations.

Our Solution

How Inbox works

BPMN 2.0 workflows with a vendor-neutral BPM engine

Inbox orchestrates processes through a standards-based BPM engine without tying the solution to a specific vendor. Each use case is modeled as a BPMN 2.0 workflow — invoice processing, loan applications, onboarding, or claims — so process changes are configuration, not custom code. One installation handles many use cases side by side.

Classify, extract, route — automatically

Each incoming document is classified by type, OCR-processed, and the relevant fields are extracted as structured data. High-confidence cases flow straight through; the rest go to a review queue.

Live queue dashboard with human-in-the-loop

An admin dashboard surfaces the live queue, confidence levels, and stage-by-stage status. A review workspace lets a human resolve edge cases, override classifications, and approve extractions before completion.

Customer upload portal

A separate, customer-safe upload portal accepts files from end customers without exposing internal queue, IDs, or extraction details — only per-file accept/reject feedback.

Clean export for downstream systems

Every completed document is exportable as structured JSON, ready to be picked up by your ERP, CRM, or case-management system through a stable API.

On-prem or cloud

Inbox runs on your infrastructure or in the EU cloud — no document leaves the perimeter you choose. Suitable for regulated industries with strict data-residency requirements.

Compliant, scalable, audit-ready

The BPM architecture is designed for regulated environments. Every workflow step, classification decision, and human override is logged with a full audit trail, and the engine scales horizontally for high-volume document throughput.

Use Cases

Where Inbox is used

Anywhere a team currently triages incoming documents by hand. Inbox is configuration-driven, so the same product handles very different intake processes.

Invoice processing

Invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, and remittance advices are classified, extracted, and posted into the AP workflow.

Loan applications

Loan forms, bank statements, salary slips, and identity documents are bundled per applicant and routed for review and decision.

Customer onboarding & KYC

IDs, contracts, and proof documents are validated, extracted, and bundled into a complete onboarding record.

Claims, support, contracts

Any high-volume document intake — claims handling, support tickets, contract intake — can be modeled as a use case in Inbox.
